Refund policy

It has been our goal for over 20 years to have satisfied customers, however if you are not satisfied, please let us know.

We will be happy to provide you with a full refund (less shipping of course), within 14 days of your purchase. Original tags and labels should remain on all merchandise being returned and your receipt should accompany the return. Credit will be applied in the form of original payment. Please note that once we process your credit, it is out of our hands. The amount of time it takes for your credit to appear is determined by the issuing agent.

We apologize but we are unable to issue refunds on special orders or used merchandise. If you purchase an item that you feel has a manufactures defect, we will be happy to return it to the manufacturer for inspection. If deemed defected by the manufacturer, credit will be issued.

Your return can be dropped off at our store at 1425 East Laurel Ave. Eunice, LA 70535 or mailed back to us at the same address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of our customers.

It is also important for us to mention that all sales are final on sale merchandise. No refunds or exchanges.
